1. Service Description

PuppetGenerator is an AI-powered image transformation service that converts your photos into Puppet-style characters. The service is provided on a credit-based system, where each transformation requires credits.

2. User Accounts and Credits

To use our service, you must create an account. New users receive 30 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through our credit packs or subscription plans. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify credit prices and subscription fees with reasonable notice.

3. Image Usage and Storage

Uploaded images and their generated results are stored as part of your personal gallery ("My Transformations") and remain available to you until you choose to delete them. You can delete individual transformations or your entire account at any time.

These images are stored securely and are not visible to other users unless you choose to share them. We do not use your images for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

4. Showcase Feature

You may choose to add your transformations to our public showcase gallery. By enabling this feature, you grant us permission to display your transformation in our public gallery. You can remove your transformations from the showcase at any time.

5. Rights and Sharing

By using our service, you retain all rights to your original uploaded images. For the generated transformations:

• You have the right to share your transformations on social media and other platforms
• You may use the transformations for personal and commercial purposes
• We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
• We do not claim ownership of your original images or generated transformations

6. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• Contains explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains personal information of others without consent

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data. We will provide reasonable notice before account termination except in cases of severe violations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
